This association organises sporting contests and
cultural events throughout the area. Of considerable size, it unites
several independent groups who manage their own annual budgets, but
whose investment decisions are taken during general assemblies.
- Tennis section

Open to all, but currently instruction
given by an approved teacher on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, is for
children only. For six months of the year, this section runs ski or
cycle trips. It also organises courses and workshops for technique…the
section needs volunteers to help organise these events!

en coordination avec les autres associations du village et du canton

- Computer club

This section has a clubroom housed
in the Maison des Habitants. It is equipped with 5 computers and its
membership comprises 48 "students" and 5 "teachers".
Since October 2000, Julien Jallifier has been paid by the association
to cater for the needs of the members and their technical support.
He also offers training courses for a range of subjects.
Opening hours : Tuesday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 12.30pm
and from 2pm to 6pm.

This group brings together inhabitants
of the whole area who are enthusiastic about their local history :
collection of documents, witness statements…exhibitions, meetings
with historians and other heritage groups…this very active group
is open to all who are keen on local history and the transmission
of knowledge…

THE MARTINADES

The aim of this association is to liven up the
village. Each year it organises the Limetree festival, which takes
place during the first weekend in August. The programme, which is
recognised and appreciated by all, includes a boot sale and flea market,
a market of regional products…exhibitions of photographs, hunting
trophies and paintings…workshops for calligraphy, archery, rope
work…guided walks…street theatre…farm open days (with
farmyard activities and tastings)… a scarecrow competition, a
treasure hunt…fireworks, free concerts…
Other events are organised similarly throughout
the year.

The club of the third age meets every
Thursday afternoon in order to spend a pleasant time with a game of

Attached to the Fédération Francaise
de la Pétanque et de Jeux Provencaux (FFPJP) — French Federation
for Pétanque and Gams of Provence, this society organises a number
of different competitions — prize competitions, competitions for
members and officiall competitions. All their activities take place
between the Ascension Day and the end of August.

- L'association poursuit un double objectif

- technique : valorisation du potentiel piscicole et halieutique local
- social : constitution d'une structure d'insertion de jeunes et mise
en place d'une micro-entreprise de production de truitelles et d'écrevisses
L'ensemble des actions engagées par l'association se regroupent
sous 4 thèmes :
o expérimentation d'une gestion et d'une réglementation
adaptée de la pratique de la pêche sur le ruisseau de
l'Adouin
o opérations de nettoyage et d'entretien des rivières,
proposées sous forme de chantiers ou autres, encadrées
par le Technicien de rivière de l'association
o Préservation et protection du patrimoine naturel aquatique,
halieutique du Vercors
o Sauvegarde des 2 espèces reines du Vercors : l'écrevisse
à pieds blancs et la truite fario
